We have set up a W3C Community Group for Silver.
https://www.w3.org/community/silver/

Please sign up for it, and encourage your researchers to sign up for
it. You will need a W3C login and there is a link to create a W3C
account there, for any researcher who does not presently have one.
Anyone can get a W3C account -- Invited Expert or working group
affiliation is not needed.

We can discuss this more at the meeting Tuesday, but I expect that we
will move more of the research conversations there, where it will be
more convenient for the researchers to participate without all the noise
of the rest of the Task Force discussion. The Silver Community Group has
an email list, website, blogs and wiki.
