Update the To Do list

I realized that Janina was right to warn me to be careful of buses.  I 
updated thechart of ToDo items

  * I moved it closer to the top so I could find it without scrolling
  * I filled in the chart of content with the names of the methods. 
    Where I hadn't entered the text into the template, I linked to the
    Google doc
  * Where I had entered the text into Github, I entered the PR number
