Should typical ToldBNode tests
``` yaml
  - name: "0_otherbnode"
    status: conformant
    trait: [Empty, ToldBNode]
    comment: "<S1> {  } on { _:abcd <p1> <o1> }"
    approval: Approved
    schemaURL: ../schemas/0.shex
    dataURL: Babcd_Ip1_Io1.ttl
    node: _:abcd
    shape: <http://a.example/S1>
```
use `queryMap`
``` yaml
    queryMap: "_:abcd@<http://a.example/S1>"
```
instead of `node`/`shape`:?
``` yaml
    node: _:abcd
    shape: <http://a.example/S1>
```

``` diff
+ less work for implementations to preserve BNode names in strings
- guarateed fail if implementation doesn't support queryMap
```
