ktk has just created a new issue for https://github.com/shexSpec/spec: == Turtle file of vocab is invalid RDF == In the very first line of the Turtle file published at https://www.w3.org/ns/shex.ttl we find: ```turtle @prefix dc: <http;//purl.org/dc/terms/> . ``` Note the `;` after `http`. This ends up really bad when parsing it.
