[primer] 2nd example: data too far from results

ericprud has just created a new issue for https://github.com/shexSpec/primer:

== 2nd example: data too far from results ==
Mouse highlighting in the [2nd example](http://shex.io/primer/#simple-expressions-example-1) connects the data to the results. The paragraph in between on ShapeMaps "The four RDF data nodes inst:Alice..." in the middle makes it unlikely that the browser will render both at the same time.

**propose**:
1. precede the example with a brief introduction of the data nodes.
2. move the paragraph on ShapeMaps below the results.
