Meeting on in 4 hours

Hi WG,

Our weekly meeting is on in about 4 hour's time with the agenda, as always, at https://github.com/w3c/data-shapes/blob/agenda/admin/agenda-2025-10-27.md

Eliana will be chairing and I won't be able to be there.

We have a lot of Pull Requests open at the moment, so there's a lot of on-going work, so a quick update on any issues would be good.

There are three items already in General Business:

- SHACL Rules ED publication
- Re-request to review Packaging recommendations
- Wide Review (lack of) update
