I don't think SPIN was ever open source: Holger can you say?
SHACL has most of SPIN (https://spinrdf.org/spin-shacl.html) but not SPARQL
as RDF.
As for Allotrope:
https://gitlab.com/allotrope-open-source/shape-editor/-/blob/master/src/com.osthus.shapes.shaclc.parent/com.osthus.shapes.shaclc/src/com/osthus/shapes/shaclc/SHACLC.xtext
(listed at
https://github.com/VladimirAlexiev/shacl/blob/shaclc-grammars/shacl-compact-syntax/grammar/README.md
)
But they don't have SPARQL as RDF: they have SPARQL as grammar in SHACL
Compact.

Nice! How do you make the diagrams?
I guess with sib-swiss/sparql-examples-utils
<https://github.com/sib-swiss/sparql-examples-utils> and Mermaid?
