FHIR RDF - 9am (Boston) Fri May 15: Bridging the FHIR RDF ontology to other care models

To enable multiple threads of the FHIR RDF work to proceed more quickly,
we are adding another weekly meeting time focused on bridging the FHIR
RDF ontology to other care models:

Fridays at 9 AM Boston time (beginning May 15)
   Zoom: https://tinyurl.com/fhirrdfzoom.

The goal is to develop an upper-level ontology that connects the FHIR
RDF ontology to other care domains, grounded in the BFO ontology
(https://bfo-ontology.github.io/ ), compliant with the SULO model
(https://github.com/AIDAVA-DEV/sulo), and integrated with other existing
domain ontologies such as HUD, and other care domains. The work will be
driven by specific use cases. The initial use case will be from the
Direct Trust SDO from the Social Care working group. The use case is the
Referral for Care Coordination.
