 Dear ^Gannon Dick,
"Healthmap.org and bluedot.global is all there is out there. And the dashboards you mentioned are all deficient."
1) I will add the two to my list. Both are supported by and support reputable non-commercial sources. My criterion for inclusion hinges on Tracking Cookie blockage, with DuckDuckGo plugin rating corrected to B+ or better.2) "And the dashboards you mentioned are all deficient." There's been a unilateral rules change and "Big Data" economists did not get a say in the matter.Wellcome Foundation (2016)
Wellcome Foundation (COVID-19)
Whatever the Linked Data Community might like to believe, the TOS of the Medical, Journalism, Publishing & Philanthropic Communities are authoritative.
3) The Johns Hopkins Dashboard definition is here : The Lancet4) The WHO Dashboard is um, from the World Health Organization.5) The Bing Dashboard has provenance from a former large stockholder in Microsoft mentioned in the Wellcome Foundation's Press Releases (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation). Credit where credit is due.

  FWIW Milton,
WHO does not have a Country Profile for Aruba. Presumably the Kingdom of the Netherlands agreements cover. The World Factbook has a Country Profile.
https://www.purl.org/pii/country/profiles
The WHO Dashboard is showing two cases in Curacao and -0- in Aruba. The John's Hopkins CSSE Dashboard is two cases in Curacao and two in Aruba.https://www.purl.org/pii/usa/county/profiles (Dashboard links at the top)

The Bing COVID Tracker (just released today) is showing -0- in either Curacao or Aruba.https://www.bing.com/covid

(note that the pages are not "mobile apps" but rather more useful for Health Care Professionals since they can be navigated in gloves with a stylus or a mouse without making skin contact with the display device (e.g. an iPad or tablet). These devices are more easily sanitized with UV Light.
If Politicians or Social Media Influencers need sanitation I would go ahead and use an autoclave just to be sure ... ;-)

The main problem right now is the demand for intensive care units is rapidly outpacing available capabilities.
Standards for intensive care units are readily available and so are some emerging software technologies for monitoring and tracking outbreak parameters.
What is not yet readily available is a general scheme combining all actors and the data and information streams between them.
Semantic web technologies and AI can be used to model such schemes, and in particular make possible rapid assessment of structural design, building construction, ICT infrastructure, medical technologies, organizational aspects and health, safety and access control, isolation and containment requirements.
Who can provide links to guidelines, standards, literature, programs, projects and companies and (research) institutes dedicated to general modeling using ICT and AI?
