Mellisa, This looks great. We should make efforts to have all semantic annotations/knowledge graphs interoperable using ontologies including open ontologies. From what I am seeing, the research community is actively exploring the COVID-19 knowledge graphs in two directions: 1) extracting clinical evidence related to COVID-19; and 2) mining potential biological and genetic mechanisms related to SARS-CoV-2. Hopefully, all these efforts can be coordinated with synergies.
