PDDI Task Force - Please comment/edit the draft IG Note by 7/1/17

Dear PDDI Task Force Members,

I hope that your summer is going well. Attached and at the following 
link please find a revision to our Interest Group Note.

I have done my best to consider all comments, edits, and suggestions. 
There are a couple of small sections yet to be completed but I would 
like to do that after we have our meeting on 8/25 (1pm Eastern, telecon 
info below). By then, Serkan and I plan to have completed an HL7 FHIR 
example for the discussion (anyone else who wants to help, please let me 
know) and created a figure that shows the relationships between the 
artifacts we are creating for the information model.

To move this along toward a final version that can be posted on the W3C 
site by the end of this summer, I would ask that you please comment/edit 
the draft IG Note by 8/24.

There is allot of editing markup. If you have made comments previously 
and are satisfied that they are resolved, please "Resolve" them in the 
google doc.

Oh, btw, folks who have not provided  affiliation information to me for 
the paper please do so. Unfortunately, I will have to drop folks who do 
not provide this information by 8/24 from the contributors list because 
I have no way of knowing if they have actually read the paper.
