FHIR RDF and Validation Task Force

Here is a proposed process for getting to the ITS specification and Proof of Concept (POC)

RDF FHIR ITS Project Process

1.       Select sample resource(s)

2.       Manually create sample RDF Resource models (ontology) from profiles (dep on 1)

3.       Manually create sample RDF Resource instances from FHIR samples (dep on 2)

4.       Generalize sample models into FHIR Profile to RDF ontology mappings (dep on 2)

5.       Generalize sample FHIR Resource instances to RDF instance mappings (dep on 3)

6.       Construct POC transform SW for profile to ontology and back (dep on 4)

7.       Construct POC transform SW for instance bidirectional and test reasoning and roundtrip (dep on 5 & 6)
Maybe we can bring this up tomorrow.
