NIH Big Data BD2K Meeting on Challenges in Data Integration (BD2KDIM)

June 9-10, 2014, Bethesda Marriott (Pooks Hill), Maryland

The meeting will address foundational challenges and solutions for research questions relating to the integration of data of different types and from different sources.  The meeting will produce a summary document that will be widely distributed.

Meeting organizers:  Ewan Birney, EBI; Rick Stevens, ANL; Mia Levy, Vanderbilt; Andrew McCulloch, UCSD; Eric Boerwinkle, UTH TMC; and Atul Butte, Stanford.

Local organizers:  Belinda Seto, NEI; Mike Huerta, NLM; Lisa Brooks, NHGRI; Leigh Finnegan, NHGRI; and Peter Lyster, NIGMS.
