Notes from last meeting May 28, 2013 (Thank you Alasdair!)

Introduced the notion of priority: MUST; SHOULD; MAY as per  
http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2119


 From last call, we have now assigned the following priority levels
* MUST: type, title, description, created, creator
* SHOULD:
* MAY: identifier, short label, contributor,

* License: dcterms:license

Should

* Homepage: dcat:landingPage implies that the dataset is typed as a  
dcat:Dataset; foaf:homepage is too strong due to it being inverse function;  
chosen to use foaf:page
* language: dcterms:language and point to lexvo Language vocabulary

* ShortName: Michel came back with dcterms:alternative and skos:prefLabel  
but neither
capture the shortness aspect
* keyword: (In MAY due to the burden of adding it) Should link to a  
taxonomy of keywords but can use strings if need be; foaf:topic points to  
documents not the topic; Recommend  the use of dcat:theme for URIs and  
dcat:keyword for strings
* rights: dcterms:rights (Some confusion as to the difference between  
license and rights. Anyone know of a good document that gives the  
distinction?)
