New dataset descriptor validator

Hi,

I have been working on a new validator for the dataset descriptions based on Eric’s shape expressions. An initial working prototype is available from
http://www.macs.hw.ac.uk/~ajg33/HCLSValidator/

A few things to note:

  * the current version will only tell you the shapes that a description matches, it does not report where things do not match. This is obviously functionality that needs to be added.
  * It seeks to match descriptions at the MUST and SHOULD level. A future version will allow you to check only the MUST or the MUST/SHOULD/MAY level.
  * The description must be supplied as turtle
  * The whole of the description must be provided in one go

Have a good Christmas all,

Alasdair
