We had planned to have Andra Waagmeester tell us about creating a SPARQL endpoint to Wikipathways. However, it is unclear if Columbus Day is a day off from work for most in the U.S. Please let me know. As it now stands, I am inclined to postpone for 2 weeks (next week I will be at a project meeting). Title: Exposing WikiPathways to the semantic web. WikiPathways is a pathway resource built upon the mediawiki framework. The curators are formed by the community. Currently efforts are made to expose and link its content to the semantic web as linked open data. Cheers, Scott -- M.
