I wouldn't normally post something that seems off topic at first
glance but given some recent conversations of wanting to interest, for
example, the FDA in Semantic Web, the below seminar could be
interesting to people in HCLS from two perspectives:

1) How a government institution has made use of Semantic Web
2) The added value proposition from the software architecture - The
added value of OWL/RDF and SPARQL to make more possible than with XML
