The access to ontologies via the bioontology SPARQL endpoint at
http://sparql.bioontology.org/sparql/ is great, but there are a few
mistakes in the data.

There are many places where skos:broader has been used to link to a
literal instead of a URI. It would be great to have the following
types of statements (this one from the graph
<http://purl.bioontology.org/virtual/rdf/download/1489.rdf> on the

changed to use an RDF URI:

<ns0:broader rdf:resource="http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/AEO_0000580" />
