The access to ontologies via the bioontology SPARQL endpoint at http://sparql.bioontology.org/sparql/ is great, but there are a few mistakes in the data. There are many places where skos:broader has been used to link to a literal instead of a URI. It would be great to have the following types of statements (this one from the graph <http://purl.bioontology.org/virtual/rdf/download/1489.rdf> on the endpoint): <ns0:broader>obo:AEO_0000580</ns0:broader> changed to use an RDF URI: <ns0:broader rdf:resource="http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/AEO_0000580" /> Cheers, Peter On 4 June 2010 09:24, M.
