I have the links between entities all squared away now. Actually, I had a few bugs that I discovered through that process. However, the "About" page seems to not support using "#" as being the same as "" for the root URI. I can't figure out yet how to get rid of the anchor in the base URI using Jena, but it seems that "#" should work as well as "".
