Hi Anita,

Some of the ideas in 
http://hyp-er.wik.is/Working_Groups/W3C_HCLS_WG:_Proposal_for_Rhetorically_Structured_Semantic_Document 
are presented in a rather compressed way that make part of it difficult to 
understand -- but reading the ABCDE paper that you linked from the wiki page 
makes it much easier to understand.

Regarding the representation of the document, I would (as usual) suggest to 
use HTML and using RDFa to embed the annotation, the markup of 'core 
sentences' and the references to entities right into the HTML document.
