I have finished the Semantic Annotation of the ligands from the Protein Data Bank and now it is available form the PDB Website as of this month.

The Chem-BLAST link appears as Chem-BLAST under the Ligand Features.



Any site can link to the Chem-BLAST site using a PDBID
