Hi,
I have finished the Semantic Annotation of the ligands from the Protein Data Bank and now it is available form the PDB Website as of this month.
http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore/externalReferences.do?structureId=3BC3

The Chem-BLAST link appears as Chem-BLAST under the Ligand Features.

Any site can link to the Chem-BLAST site using a PDBID

Please have a look.
