Actually I was the one who set up all the purls. I will take care of these
soon, probably within a week.

It's under the science commons (/science/) purl domain that you don't
administer, so an account isn't sufficient. I have access so I can set these
up as well.

(Lack of resolution doesn't make a URI meaningless; it just makes finding
its meaning more difficult.)

As we discussed last December the hcls1 and hcls2 hostnames are now the
responsibility of W3C. Please set them up however you like.

http://svn.neurocommons.org/svn/ gives a 500 error. Is that script broken?

That URL should be http://svn.neurocommons.org/svn/trunk/, as the root of
the repository is protected.

Science Commons is having server hardware trouble. Our provision of these
files (http://sw.neurocommons.org/2007/kb-sources/) should be repaired
within a week.
Note that out of respect to NLM's wishes the medline files will continue to
be protected. Anything you say about them is likely to be unrepeatable.
