Alan, I believe you are the interface for these unregistered PURLS. http://purl.org/commons/hcls/goa http://purl.org/science/protein/subjects/ http://purl.org/science/record/homologene/cluster_r54_99949 The third one requires a rewrite rule and I haven't gotten my purl account (ericP)approved so I can't fiddle with the interfaces. (If we tried to use SC's existing purl page, we resolve <cluster_r54_99949> against <http://sw.neurocommons.org/cgi-bin/about-303?ref=/science/protein/bysequence/>, giving us <http://sw.neurocommons.org/cgi-bin/r54_99949> http://hcls1.csail.mit.edu:8890/map/ is now broken. Is there an update for this linke? or should we remove reference: [[
Below are a few visual interfaces that make it possible to browse the results of a search on the knowledgebase:

Prototype of a Google-Maps interface to the Allen Brain Atlas.
... ]] http://svn.neurocommons.org/svn/ gives a 500 error. Is that script broken? Scott, did you mean to include snapshots of all the RDF and OWL data in the publication? I saw lots of broken relative links from Appendix A RDF Sources. bams-from-swanson-98-4-23-07.owl senselab.tgz mesh07-eswc06.rdfs medline/medline-mesh.tgz homologene.tgz goa-in-owl.tgz mesh-qualified-headings.ttl.gz sciencecommons.owl neurocommons-text-mining.tgz aba-2007-08-07.tgz mesh-skos.tgz gene-pubmed.ttl.tgz galen.tgz obo-in-owl.tgz obo-all.tgz addgene.ttl medline/medline-titles.tgz gene-owl.tgz I found the first one at http://hissa.nist.gov/jb/biordf-demo/bams-from-swanson-98-4-23-07.owl but decided that you might have plans for the bulk of these. Note to self: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ego/DisplayGoTerm is broken right now. I'm hoping that's transient, and will resolve itself by Monday. All: Sorry about the publication delays. I think we can publish on Monday if all of these get resolved. Here are the SOTDs I have queued: KB [[ This is a First Public Working Draft of the Semantic Web in Health Care and Life Sciences Interest Group (HCLS), part of the W3C Semantic Web Activity. This document documents the construction and use of the HCLS Knowledgebase used in the WWW2007 Banff HCLS Demo. It describes the process for creating a bilogical database on the Semantic Web. Please send all comments on either of these documents to public-semweb-lifesci@w3.org, a mailing list with a public archive, though the IG does not promise explicit responses to each comment. Publication of this document as an Interest Group Note is planned for early April 2008; timely comments are appreciated. Areas marked with "@@" are known to be incomplete, however, any suggestions in these areas are still appreciated. ]] SenseLab [[ This is a First Public Working Draft of the Semantic Web in Health Care and Life Sciences Interest Group (HCLS), part of the W3C Semantic Web Activity. This document serves as a companion to the HCLSIG Knowldege Base and describes the process for integrating new data into an existing bilogical fdatabase. Please send all comments on either of these documents to public-semweb-lifesci@w3.org, a mailing list with a public archive, though the IG does not promise explicit responses to each comment. Publication of this document as an Interest Group Note is planned for early April 2008; timely comments are appreciated. ]] If anyone would like to invite particular feedback on parts of these documents, I should put that in the SOTD. -- -eric office: +1.617.258.5741 32-G528, MIT, Cambridge, MA 02144 USA mobile: +1.617.599.3509 (eric@w3.org) Feel free to forward this message to any list for any purpose other than email address distribution.
