I posted a new version of BAMS on the wiki page
http://esw.w3.org/topic/HCLS/HCLSIG_DemoHomePage_HCLSIG_Demo
The version includes the relationships between parts, cells, and molecules 
in cell.

Also, I updated the list of molecule names. The previous list was missing a 
few.
