Ref: MGED ontology
Quick note to say that MGED ontology group is working with other
communities towards an Functional Genomics Investigation Ontology
(FuGO), for describing the design of an investigation, the protocols and
instrumentation used, the data generated and the types of analysis
performed on it: http://fugo.sourceforge.net
FuGO is being developed under the guidance of an advisory board,
including OBO and cBIO leaders. FuGO will also be an OBO Foundry
Ontology: http://obofoundry.org/
