Here's the URL for today's presentation by Eric Prud'hommeaux. http://www.w3.org/2006/Talks/0327-ep-SPARQL/ Date of Call: Monday March 27, 2006 Time of Call: 11:00am Eastern Time Dial-In #: +1.617.761.6200 (Cambridge, MA) Participant Access Code: 246733 ("BIORDF") Duration: ~1 hour I thought today would be a good day for the group to start to use IRC. A lot of the W3C working groups use teleconferences in association with IRC. This W3C IRC page [IRC] helps you select an IRC client and connect to the server. The channel for BioRDF is #BioRDF. Once you have installed an IRC client and connected to port 6665 on irc.w3.org, you can type "/join #BioRDF" to join the group. I like the Web interface best [IRC Web]. IRC will be quite handy for passing URLs, examples, and other difficult to voice data during teleconferences. We will get more use out of it if people stay connected to this channel to discuss their work. [IRC] http://www.w3.org/Project/IRC/ [IRC Web] http://cgi.w3.org/member-bin/irc/irc.cgi Susie
