New Use Case

I¹ve added to a page to BioRDF/Tasks that describes an interesting use case,
all    IMHO of course:

My perspective on BioRDF generally is that we¹re tasked to create useful RDF
or to use RDF, this particular case would actually do both. There are some
formal problems with the proposal, discussed in a ³Critique² section at the
bottom. If there¹s sufficient interest I¹d be happy to provide more detail,
do some sort of coding, or both.
