Dear Advisory Committee Representative,
[This announcement will be forwarded to W3C group chairs]

The Second Screen Working Group charter [1] is hereby extended until 31 
July 2026.

This extension is granted to provide time for the related Second Screen 
Working Group Patent Advisory Group (PAG) launched in September 2025 [2] 
to conclude. The Second Screen Working Group will look into rechartering 
once the conclusions of the PAG are known. We plan to initiate charter 
refinement when this happens.

More information about the Second Screen Working Group can be found on 
its summary page [3], including information about group Chairs, Staff 
Contact and instructions for joining the group.
