Re: Proposed F2F Agenda

Hi Mark, All,

We've discussed internally at Google and propose the following rough agenda for the F2F meeting.

- This will help Anton participate remotely for the RPAPI sessions from London.
- Participants who are primarily interested in the API work can attend on Tuesday.
- Wednesday AM I'd like to give a short presentation to lay out the scope of the open protocol work and I believe Jonas may have something as well?
- I have a flight to catch on Wednesday evening :)

Tuesday

9-11am Remote Playback API #1 (open issues)
11-11:15am Coffee
11:15-1pm Remote Playback API #2 (issues, FPWD)
1-2pm Lunch
2-4pm Presentation API #1 (CR blockers)
4-4:15pm Coffee
4:15-6pm Presentation API #2 (Testing)
7pm Group Dinner

Wednesday

9-11am Presentation API spillover/Open Protocol intro
11-11:15 Coffee
11:15-1pm Open Protocol brainstorming
1-2pm Lunch
2-4pm Rechartering
4-4:15 Coffee
4:15-5:15pm Wrapup

If this looks okay to everyone I'll update the Wiki.

Mark - this looks good to me. Please add this agenda to the meeting wiki with draft status and we iterate it further in there. A simple bullet list will do.

All - please review the proposed agenda and let us know if you have any suggestions, changes, other agenda items in mind. We expect to keep the sessions with confirmed remote participation fixed in time, that is the Remote Playback API starting at 9 am and Presentation API Testing starting at 4:15 pm on Tuesday. Also coffee and lunch break timings have been fixed. For other slots we have some wiggle room, but must wrap up in time on Wed.

Thanks,

-Anssi (WG chair)
