Proposed F2F Agenda

We've discussed internally at Google and propose the following rough agenda
for the F2F meeting.

- This will help Anton participate remotely for the RPAPI sessions from
London.
- Participants who are primarily interested in the API work can attend on
Tuesday.
- Wednesday AM I'd like to give a short presentation to lay out the scope
of the open protocol work and I believe Jonas may have something as well?
- I have a flight to catch on Wednesday evening :)

2-4pm      Presentation API #1 (CR blockers)
