I was referring to both. I.e. the 
`x-webkit-wirelessvideoplaybackdisabled` markup attribute, the 
`wirelessvideoplaybackdisabled` DOM property (i'm not sure about the 
spelling) the `webkitplaybacktargetavailabilitychanged` event and the 
`webkitShowPlaybackTargetPicker()` DOM method.
