I will start to create a document to collect the use cases and requirements as we agreed in the F2F meeting [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2015/05/19-webscreens-minutes.html#action01]. I would prefer to use a markdown file in this git repository instead of the Wiki. In this case we can use all the features of git/github as for the spec.
