@alexrobin could it be that your issue is actually the restriction on `Platform`, that these can only apply `hosts` towards `System`s, not other `Platform`s. That should definitely be softened to allow `Platform`s to host other `Platform`s My issue with making all `Platform`s into `System`s is that most `Platform`s are not `System`s based on the core definition of `pieces of infrastructure that implement [Procedures](https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-ssn/#SOSAProcedure)`. Redefining `Platform` based only on one subtype of `Platform` only creates confusion. If you need `Drone` in your implementation, create `Drone` there as such an amalgam. On your statements that SSN and SOSA are totally separate, I've seen contradictory statements, quite a few voices for merging. -- GitHub Notification of comment by KathiSchleidt Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/sdw/issues/1411#issuecomment-1561323142 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
