To me it looks like there is substantially more use of SOSA than SSN, so 
this makes sense. That said, I would favor establishing some process for 
all the new discussions here as running this by github issues and email 
is not very effective. We should also not fall into the trap of turning 
the minimal and modular SOSA into another overly complex SSN clone.
