Re: [sdw] Should we merge SSN and SOSA into a single namespace? (#1413)

I strongly support retirement of SSN but do not think it is wise to 
clutter SOSA. The entire point was to have a more modular design similar 
to what we see in sosa-ext. I also like the idea of having shapes in 
addition. Long story short, IMHO, we may want to start working on the 
next version of SOSA (assuming others are game as well).
