Dear Advisory Committee Representative,
Chairs,

The Spatial Data on the Web Interest Group charter [1] is hereby
extended until 30 June 2021, as the Interest Group is preparing a
charter to continue its work in a Working Group [2].

The Spatial Data on the Web Interest Group develops and maintains
vocabularies and best practices that encourage better sharing of spatial
data on the Web; and identifies areas where standards should be
developed jointly by both W3C and OGC.

More information about the group and information about participation can
be found on its home page [3].

The group is currently chaired by Jeremy Tandy (Met Office), and Linda
van den Brink (Geonovum).

If you have any questions or need further information, please contact
Wendy Seltzer <wseltzer@w3.org>, Strategy Lead.

This extension follows section 5.2.5 of the W3C Process Document:
     https://www.w3.org/2020/Process-20200915/#charter-extension

Thank you,

For Tim Berners-Lee, W3C Director;
Wendy Seltzer, Strategy Lead;
