I judge this to be an editorial change. Assuming I read the W3C process doc correctly, we just need a resolution from the group, push the change through to the to-be-published corrected version, and then we can request the publication of the corrected REC. However, we are in between W3C staff contacts at the moment. I would need (or at least like) their help to issue the publication request.
