[sdw] "collapse sidebar" doesn't free enough horizontal space (#1307)

VladimirAlexiev has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/sdw:

== "collapse sidebar" doesn't free enough horizontal space ==
https://w3c.github.io/sdw/bp/#table-vocabs-matrix is pretty wide table, so I clicked "collapse sidebar". 
This freed about 5% more horizontal space, but there is still a wide blank strip:
