Thanks @chris-little I'm aware. My point ([1. above](https://github.com/w3c/sdw/issues/1271#issuecomment-901004319)) was that the current [scoping statement](https://github.com/w3c/sdw/blob/gh-pages/roadmap/sdw2022.md) refers to static geospatial functions such as _within_, but doesn't mention dynamic temporal functions like _speed_.
