Per SDWIG charter it can maintain specs produced by SDWWG on REC track. A WG can publish Notes as well and start new work but I believe needs to recharter for new specs to go on REC track. Somewhat rigid but we can do some exploration and spin up additional Community Groups (CG) that coordinate with us easily.
