Evergreen is tricky. As I have worked through this extension, I think I have come around to advocating an evergreen Namespace, but with discrete graphs each backed by a spec document. The real question is around the status of add-ons like ssn-ext. I'm comfortable with it being a working draft until it has been tested enough to justify moving along the rec-track. Does 'evergreen' envisage a standing WG? Just my 50cent: I am not so sure how I feel about the idea of turning SOSA/SSN into an evergreen standards. How will consensus be established long-term? How will we show buy-in? And most importantly, how do we prevent fatigue-based effects that may render a once common vision into one lead by those that are simply able to invest more time?
