Re: A Christmas Present

We're in luck, FPWD for a Note doesn't require call for consensus and
moratorium goes from 23 December through 5 January. I'll prepare the
document for 22 December and follow up with Ed if there are any more
substantive tweaks that I shouldn't resolve without his input.
