Hello Spatial Data on the Web IG participants,

As agreed during our last F2F in Lyon in October (see [1]), the Extensions to the Semantic Sensor Network Ontology proposal has been published as a First Public Working Draft today:

Dated URL: https://www.w3.org/TR/2018/WD-vocab-ssn-ext-20181122/
Undated URL: https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-ssn-ext/

The document will eventually be published as a Note by the group. Remaining todos on the document include:
- validating the shEx/SHACL/SPARQL constructs that are used to describe the rules related to these extensions
- understanding the relationship between ObservationCollection and RDF Data Cube
- adding examples
