[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Raised issue #1736 [1] in libheif repo to update documentation with timed metadata encoding in HEIF video files [2] using WebVMT.
    ii. Co-chaired W3C Breakouts Day session on HEIF support for still and motion imagery in web browsers [3] to improve metadata integration - including WebVMT - on 26 March 2026.
    iii. Continued analysis of dash cam video metadata for vehicle fleet collision monitoring use case in OGC Testbed-21 GIMI [4].

2. Next Steps
    i. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-21 [4] to study collision monitoring use case using geotagged video from dash cam fleet.
    ii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [5].
    iii. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [6].
    iv. Continue collaboration in W3C Sync on the Web Community Group [7]. 
    v. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
