[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Integrated DataCue polyfill prototype with WebVMT Javascript playback engine and raised issue in community group repo [1] to propose how timed binary metadata can be accessed in a web browser.
    ii. Demonstrated how binary MISB metadata packets can be accessed agnostically of video encoding in a web browser [2] by using DataCue with WebVMT.
    iii. Updated WebVMT website demos [3] to showcase CSS support, map rotation and MapLibre [4] integration.
    iv. Started collaboration in W3C Sync on the Web Community Group [5] for live screening use case to replicate stage lighting at local venue synchronised with video of remote event using DataCue with WebVMT.

2. Next Steps
    i. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [6].
    ii. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [7].
    iii. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
