[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Presented geo-aligned video synchronisation results at OGC Testbed-19 Demo Days [1] on 16 January 2024.
    ii. Raised issue in community group repo [2] to propose negative cue time support for non-destructive synchronisation which was prototyped in OGC Testbed-19.
    iii. Designed community support pages for webvmt.org including GPX import tool to help new users get started with WebVMT and encourage community growth.

2. Next Steps
    i. Complete and publish community support pages on webvmt.org website.
    ii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [3].
    iii. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [4].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
