Reminder that we have a telecon for the SOSA/SSN update in ca. 15 hours.

I've done a big job this week refactoring the RDF modules and the HTML documents to match.
There is also a new module-dependencies diagram.

It would be great if you can take a look before we meet.
Believe it or not there have been no 'normative' changes since we last met.
This is all just artefact and document reorganization.
I hope it will make it easier to manage.

Remember - I'll not be working the next two weeks.
