Fw: Request for co-publication of GeoSPARQL & CSR Ont by SDWWG for W3C & OGC

Dear SDW WG,

The OGC's GeoSemantics DWG and GeoSPARQL & CRS Ontology SWGs request that the SDW WG publish the next version of GeoSPARQL and the first version of the CRS Ontology as joint W3c/OGC standards.

To this end, we have created a Pull Request to add those publications to the SDW WG's Draft Charter: https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/pull/565.

Our reasoning for this request is given in description of the PR.
