I'm sure Hylke/Alex will have more to say, but from a first glance, what
this spec is missing is spatial (Spatial Sensor is listed under the
Sensor Types, but never mentioned again), also no FoI concept (just
sensor has value)
I haven't (yet) found a true contradiction to the OMS/SOSA view on Sensors
:)
